Returns

We hope you love your Faye & Lyla order, but if you change your mind, you can return eligible items to us.

You must let us know that you wish to return your order within 14 days of receiving it. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.

To start a return, please email sales@fayeandlyla.com with your name and order number.

Returned items should be in their original condition, with tags attached where applicable. You are welcome to inspect and try on your items as you would in a shop, but we may reduce the amount refunded if an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to assess it.

Certain items cannot be returned for change of mind, including goods that have been made to order, personalised or customised specifically for you. This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty.

Return postage

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.

If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so that we can arrange the appropriate return process.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been completed.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we will process your refund as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods, or evidence that they have been sent back.

Your refund will be made to your original payment method.

Where you are exercising your statutory right to cancel an online order, we will also refund the cost of our standard delivery option. Any additional amount paid for premium or expedited delivery is not refundable.

Please allow several working days after we process your refund for your bank or payment provider to credit the funds to your account.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact us at sales@fayeandlyla.com with your name, order number and details of the issue.

Your statutory rights are not affected by this returns policy.
